This website, makkahzabiha.com, is operated by MakkahZabiha. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to MakkahZabiha. By visiting our site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Our Service

MakkahZabiha performs Qurbani, Zabiha, Sadaqah, Hajj Zabiha/Adahi, Eid Zabiha/Qurbani, Dam (Hajj/Umrah expiation), Aqeeqah, and Fidya/Kaffara sacrifices in Makkah Al-Mukarramah on behalf of customers, in accordance with Islamic guidelines. Once your sacrifice is completed, you'll receive confirmation by WhatsApp and email, and the meat is distributed to the poor and needy in Makkah.

2. Eligibility

By using our site and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian to do so.

3. Orders and Pricing

Prices for our Qurbani, Zabiha, and related services are listed on each product page and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit or decline any order, and to correct pricing or listing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment partners. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and current payment and contact information.

5. Fulfilment and Confirmation

Once your chosen Zabiha (Sadaqah, Hajj, Eid, Dam, Aqeeqah, or Fidya) has been performed in Makkah, you will be notified via WhatsApp and email. Timing of fulfilment may vary depending on the Zabiha type and seasonal demand (for example, around Eid al-Adha).

7. Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep the information on our site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content, pricing, or availability information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.

MakkahZabiha and its team make every effort to ensure your Qurbani, Zabiha, or Sadaqah is performed correctly and in accordance with Islamic guidelines. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or services.
