MakkahZabiha performs Qurbani, Zabiha, Sadaqah, Hajj, Eid, Dam, Aqeeqah, and Fidya sacrifices in Makkah Al-Mukarramah on behalf of customers worldwide. Because our service is the performance of a religious sacrifice rather than the shipment of a physical product, our refund policy works differently from a typical retail store.
Before Your Sacrifice Is Performed
If you contact us before your Qurbani, Zabiha, or Sadaqah has been carried out, we're happy to cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. To request a cancellation, please message us on WhatsApp or email us as soon as possible — the earlier you reach out, the more likely we can accommodate the request before the sacrifice is scheduled.
After Your Sacrifice Has Been Performed
Once your Qurbani, Zabiha, Sadaqah, or related sacrifice has been carried out and the meat has been distributed to the poor and needy in Makkah, we're unable to offer a refund. This is because the act of worship has already been fulfilled on your behalf and the resulting charity has already reached those it was intended for.
Duplicate Charges or Errors
If you were charged more than once for the same order, or if there was an error on our part (for example, the wrong Zabiha type or animal was recorded), please contact us immediately. We'll investigate and issue a full refund for any duplicate or erroneous charge.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation, reach out to our team via WhatsApp or email at Makkahzabiha@gmail.com, including your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or card provider additional time to post the refund to your account after we've processed it on our end.
